RiverCats

The Wisconsin RiverCats, a traveling select baseball organization, have been competing since 2005, after being formed in the fall of 2004. Originally formed by John Cottrell, the RiverCats are now headed by both Cottrell and professional baseball player Greg Reinhard. The RiverCats were formed to give players the opportunity to compete at a higher level, excel at baseball, and get the coaching and instruction needed to push players to achieve their maximum potential.
The RiverCats mission is as follows:
The mission of the Wisconsin RiverCats Baseball Organization is to provide young baseball players the opportunity to grow and develop their skills while competing against top quality competition. The organization will utilize the best coaching, those with professional and collegiate experience and backgrounds, to ensure correct fundamental baseball is being played. Our goal is for our players to develop and refine the correct skills needed for them to excel at the high school level and beyond to the higher ranks of baseball.
The RiverCats program also has a winter traveling program, allowing player to travel the country in the traditional Wisconsin off season to play in elite tournaments in warm weather climates.
