GRB Spring Training

WHEN:  Tuesdays and Wednesdays

START DATE:  February 21st

FINISH DATE:  March 14th

TIMES:  Pitching 5:00-6:30pm,  Hitting and Fielding 6:30-8:00pm

AVAILABLE SPOTS:  Pitching – 10, Hitting and Fielding – 20

AGES:  14-18  (Broken Down By Age)

LEAD INSTRUCTORS:  Greg Reinhard, Max Cordio, Brooks Graff

COST:  $180

DETAILS:  The Spring Training Camps are designed for the Three Sport Athlete, or the Athlete coming off of a winter sport who needs a quick 4 weeks to get into baseball playing shape.   This camp ends the Wednesday before the Spring Baseball season begins.

Pitchers will focus on a throwing program, have mechanical review and correct with video break down and core conditioning and should injury prevention.

Hitters and Fielders will get their swing tuned up with video breakdown, corrective drills prescription, and live batting practice.  Fielders will get plenty of ground balls, footwork, and agility to get them ready for the 2012 High School season.
