Acceleration

The GRB Academy will be offering Acceleration and Agility Training with former Cincinnati Reds middle infielder Kevyn Feiner.

Kevyn’s Background:

2005 Graduate Sun Prairie High School
2005 Division 1 State Champion (26-0)
2005 Wisconsin State Player of the Year
2005 18th Round Selection of the Cincinnati Reds (Shortstop)
6 year professional playing career (middle infield, corner infield, outfield)

American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer
International Youth Conditioning Association (IYCA) Speed and Agility Specialist
5 years of experience in the Fitness field as a personal trainer.

Program starts January 31st and runs every Tuesday and Thursday for 10 sessions.  Cost is $159.  Members of the facility pay $144.  Members should call for special price registration.

Program includes testing done on session one and session ten.
