Accelerated Hitting Program

WHEN: Mondays and Thursdays

START DATE: January 9^th

FINISH DATE: March 15^th (Week Before Start of HS Baseball)

TIMES: Ages 9-12: 5-7pm, Ages 13-14: 6-8pm, Ages 15-18: 7-9pm

AVAILABLE SPOTS: 15 per age group

LEAD INSTRUCTORS: Max Cordio and Brooks Graff, along with many other qualified instructors.

COST: $650 (40 hours of Skill Development)

DETAILS: The Accelerated Hitting Program offers players a change to train for an extended period of time, in a small group setting, with individualized attention to swing development. Program consists of creating a consistent swing path to maximize contact, power, and bat control. Each level teaches specifics and skills relevant to the age group. Players will train in groups small enough to keep the integrity of the learning environment, also insuring individual player development. Video review is part of the learning material. Program builds in skill as program progresses.

Players will get an hour of hitting development, and an hour of strength, conditioning, and hitting drill work.
